4. Structure instructions and technical parameters for each main components:

4.1 main machine

     4.1.1 Take-up bobbin is lower than PN1000, which adopts shaftless top manual clamping. Top locking adopts dual insurance of lock net and spring bolt to ensure bobbin does not exfoliated in the process of operation.

    4.1.2 The movements of bobbin is manual hydraulic pump.

   4.1.3 The force of main machine is 15KW motor, which is Dongyuan brand frequency converter.

   4.1.4 Stranding body brake is 20KG pneumatic clutch to take-up.Take-up tension can be automatically regulate.In the process of brake, not only can effective braking but also can avoid spraining of the equipment. Brake time is in 150 revolution/min, it can finish in 2 seconds.

  4.1.5 Main machine is conversed by touch screen and PLC procedure, with a stranding function of left or right, which can meet requirement of different varieties.

  4.1.6 The machine is single twist(cable-laying) bunching machine, revolved body is frame structure, it can ensure wire guiding stable in the process of production. In the meantime, it does not increase the noise result of high speed rotation.

  4.1.7 While in the situation of reaching the rated load and main machine is in the normal operation process, the overall noise is lower than 70dB,there is no any obviously vibration in the overall.

  4.1.8 The ribbon cable of main machine adopts  two-way screw, pitch of ribbon cable is 40mm.

  4.1.9 Driven of main machine is adopts imported  forms of synchronization strap, which can ensure normal use for above 5 years.

  4.1.10 Take-up is adopt 10KG pneumatic clutch.Take-up tension can be regulated automatically and can ensure normal take-up at PN1000 bobbin.

4.2 Line concentration block

   4.2.1  Line concentration block match lay plate, lines means is 1+6+12+18 uniform distribution, wire guiding hole location is 4.5mm, inlay quality ceramics wire guiding die, which can ensure does not injury wire. The position of lay plate can regulate from die block in the scope of 100 500mm.

  4.2.2 Line concentration block match meter counter device, which adopts photoelectric sensing counting. The numerical of meter is able to display on the touch screen, meter counter precision is ±0.5%, with a function of correction so that correct the length of meter counter conveniently. Besides, it is able to reset the length of meter counter and stop when achieve the preset length.

4.3 Electrical control cabinet

  4.3.1 There are the rotation speed of main machine, meter counter,auto-stop for external wire broken on the panel for control cabinet.
